Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer experience team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For oversized furniture, we will help you coordinate a specialized freight pickup, while smaller decor items can be sent back via a prepaid shipping label.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for original quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
